Monday

Vinyasa Flow
Led by breath and movement, set to music, this class is designed to build strength, cardiovascular fitness and enhance the awareness of the body and mind connection. Concluding in a short guided meditation, you will leave the class feeling stretched, strengthened and grounded.

Yoga & Mobility
Aimed specifically at those that lift, the aim of these sessions is to improve your mobility and range of movement
Yoga isn’t just about sitting cross legged and meditating!
I like to make my sessions fun, and the aim is to improve mobility, balance and reduce the risk of injuries.
This will help massively with your lifting, and I will be focusing predominantly on lower backs, hips and shoulder mobility, which should help you towards hitting those PBs!
£5 for members

Wednesday

Restorative Yoga & Meditation
This class is based on the principles of Yin yoga, whereby the poses are held for 1-3 minutes.
With the use of props to support, these poses work deeper into the connective tissues.
The class is quiet and encourages the participant to go inwards with their practice.
The second half of the class is based on Yoga Nidra which translates as ‘yogic sleep’. This is a guided meditation which takes you to a point between consciousness and sleep. It helps to bring a sense of tranquillity and peace.
