Vinyasa Flow

Led by breath and movement, set to music, this class is designed to build strength, cardiovascular fitness and enhance the awareness of the body and mind connection. Concluding in a short guided meditation, you will leave the class feeling stretched, strengthened and grounded.

Yoga & Mobility

Aimed specifically at those that lift, the aim of these sessions is to improve your mobility and range of movement

Yoga isn’t just about sitting cross legged and meditating!

I like to make my sessions fun, and the aim is to improve mobility, balance and reduce the risk of injuries.

This will help massively with your lifting, and I will be focusing predominantly on lower backs, hips and shoulder mobility, which should help you towards hitting those PBs!

£5 for members
